We’ll begin with a walk through the flower fields, where you “stop and smell the roses”. Then we’ll roll out our mats and the wonderful Robyn Lewis, a 200-hour yoga certified teacher, will lead a yoga session tailored for all levels and focusing on breath to movement.

About the event
Come join us for a relaxing evening on the farm. We’ll being with a walk through the flower fields, where you
“stop and smell the roses”. Then we’ll roll out our mats and the wonderful Robyn Lewis, a 200-hour yoga
certified teacher, will lead a yoga session tailored for all levels and focusing on breath to movement. This class
will move through a sequence with correct alignment and pace while holding poses safely, practicing
meditative breathwork, and challenging life force and moving energy. At the end of the evening, we will serve
some snacks and enjoy warm (or cold) cup of tea. We invite you to come, slow down, and give yourself a little
time to just ‘be’ in nature.
